Welcome to the 14 Day Exercise Program!

Welcome to the Concussion Solution: Master Program Exercise Treatment Program where I will walk you through 14 days of treatment to help you resolve your symptoms related to concussion.

Remember, our brains are plastic and have the ability to change! In order for our bodies to adapt and habituate, they must be exposed to a stressor.

Items you will need: 

  • A comfortable space on the floor. You can use a yoga mat, if you’d like

  • A way to perform aerobic exercise (stationary bike is recommended)

  • Two (2) Tennis balls

  • Thick Pillow and Pillow case

  • Optional: Foam pad to stand on
