A: Ideally, you should perform the HIIT first because it will help you to feel less symptomatic with the vision, vestibular, and cognitive exercises. However, it is not a MUST.

A: During the HIIT is the only time when it is okay to push through symptoms. If you can’t make it through the full 30 seconds, then decrease to 15 seconds and slowly build back up. The most important part is to stop completely and perform the deep breathing after each bout of hard exercises. Also, don’t skip the warm-up! It will make it easier to perform the high intensity bouts.

A: BPPV is when you have very specific bouts of dizziness that come on when you lie down, roll over, look up, or bend down. If you feel dizzy all the time and it doesn’t increase with changes of position of your head, it is likely not BPPV.

A: YES. You will get the most benefit if you keep performing the HIIT for at least 3 weeks. I recommend that you make it part of your routine for the long term.
